The patient portal is a secure summary of your healthcare from East Scottsdale Medical Care. It is also designed for brief messages, review of lab results and images, and refill requests. If you have complex messages or questions, or feel you may need an appointment, please contact the front office for scheduling at 480-621-3505.
If you are unable to see your recent lab results, be sure to click the “refresh” button (circular arrows) near the My Health Record heading at the top of your portal screen.
